Thanksgiving Festivities

After we returned from Mexico, the kids were more than ready to begin decorating and celebrating the Christmas season.  These two LOVE all things Christmas.  Their joy is contagious.   

We spent Thanksgiving Day with Randy's family as his parents hosted nothing short of a delicious feast.  On Friday, we traveled to Indiana and celebrated the McGinley Thanksgiving. We found time to take the kids ice skating at the new pavilion in Valpo.  The kids were able to experience the latest project that my dad has spent so many months working on for the city of Valparaiso.  Good work, Dad!

Riviera Maya, Mexico

What a wonderful trip!  Randy and I and many of our family members just returned home from our trip to Mexico. We were fortunate to witness and celebrate the wedding of Ramsey and Amy Freij.  We are so blessed to share these occasions with the people we love the most!

Randy will be the first to tell you that Halloween really isn't his favorite holiday, however, when your son asks you for months to be Batman because Robin just isn't complete without his Batman, then you become a "Super Daddy" and gladly oblige.  Zachary was so proud and told everyone Saturday night about his special daddy.  That's what it is all about folks, making sweet memories with your kiddos.
