Nolan's First Birthday

Our family had another exciting and memorable weekend in the great city of Indianapolis! We traveled a little over 4 hours to see the Cobb family and celebrate Nolan's First Birthday! Oh what fun was had by all. Erin and Travis recently purchased a new home, and they graciously hosted us in their fabulous new homestead.
On Friday afternoon, the kids (Aiden, Nolan and Helaina) and us girls (Katie, Erin, Megan, and me) had the opportunity for a group photo shoot! I'm anxious to see the pictures and share them with our fellow bloggers.
Saturday was Nolan's big day! He had a Curious George themed party and was quite the trooper for all of the birthday festivities. It was a large crowd, around 40 adults and 9 kids. Helaina couldn't have been happier to have a weekend sleepover and share in the birthday celebration.

All the goodies...could Erin have been more creative!?! My personal favorite? The cupcakes, each with a picture of Nolan from every month during the first year of his life.

We had such a great weekend! Thank you, thank you to Erin and Travis for opening their home to us, and also a thank you to Megan and Jon for a yummy Saturday morning breakfast and tour of your lovely new home!
