Just a few weeks ago, we celebrated Randy's 38th birthday. Coincidentally, Samer's birthday is the day before Randy's birthday and Mark's birthday is the day after Randy's birthday. Not sure how many candles are on the cake below, but all that fire just means there's a lot of life to be celebrated. We are so blessed to have friends that have been in our lives since since grade school. After all these years, they're more like family than friends.
Celebrating Randy's birthday at home with the kids. Daddy's need balloons and flowers and candles and superheroes too!
Each day that passes, I appreciate this guy more than I did the day before. He is calm, patient, and funny. After a long days work, he always walks through the door with a smile on his face and a hug to give. He is so good to us!
Teta and Seedy took us to Fox Hills for brunch (it's fabulous if you have never been) for another day of celebrating. Captain America decided to join us as well.
Last week, we traveled to Paw Paw, MI and Maple Lake to squeeze in one more summer trip. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun on the water. Many wonderful family memories were made in just a few short days!
This beauty of a picture lasted just a few hours. It is basically impossible for anyone to sleep in a 5 feet radius of either of these children. It's actually dangerous and I highly recommend finding other sleeping arrangements. After 5 nights in the same bed, we were extremely happy to all be in our own beds again.

This is what a 3 hour nap looks like-our sleeping beauty
Look who came to join the fun! Love my cousins!
Not looking forward to ending the summer. It is always my favorite time of the year. I guess we don't have to say "goodbye," we'll say "until next time."
